Payments
Services for monthly plans are secured by a major credit card and require payment in full before services are rendered unless otherwise arranged.

Fee Information
1 hour minimum billing. Thereafter billing will then be in 15-minute increments.

Hourly services are paid in advance (unless otherwise arranged) by cash, check or credit card made payable to Maple Leaf Concierge, LLC. Any prices listed by Maple Leaf Concierge, LLC are for services rendered by Maple Leaf Concierge, LLC and do not include charges for third party vendors, or merchandise purchased to complete the client request.

Unused Hours
All hours for monthly plans must be used within 30 days of the first hour used. Hours not used within 30 days will not be refunded or rolled over to the following month.

Errands
All errand rates include time from the beginning of the task and for the first 15 miles of travel. Travel over 15 miles will be billed at the rate of $.50 per mile.

Cancellations
If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled service, Maple Leaf Concierge, LLC requires 24 hours notice.
Cancellations require a 24-hour notice or a $25 hour fee applies

Access to Client's Property
If Maple Leaf Concierge, LLC cannot gain access to a client's residence or place of business, the client will be charged the full cost of the service.

Privacy Policy
At no time will collected information be disclosed to a third party, except for the purpose of completing the client's financial obligation to Maple Leaf Concierge, LLC.

Additional Fee Disclaimers
Costs of any purchases are NOT INCLUDED IN THE HOURLY RATE.
After hours, holidays, and weekend services may incur a $20 additional fee per service.
